Still waiting on recall

Still waiting on the trailer hitch recall here in Canada, anyone else?

Ps: went into the dealership mid October of last year, they kept it for a full day and thrn i picked it up and they told me I would be waiting for the right part lol.

Nope, I received mine last fall? some time. Perhaps contact head office in Canada and give them your VIN. You might need to update your address.

I contacted them last year just before going into the the dealership, so the dealership and Chrysler/Jeep Canada know my info, I gave the recall paperwork to the dealership last year so not sure what to do, ive called the dealership about 4 times any they always tell me they'll call when the part is in, last time I called was jan, they told me about 2 weeks more... Now its march lol, should i call jeep Canada?

Oh I see, I misunderstood. You have the paperwork, but they don't have the part.

I'm not sure what to suggest. Is the part backordered? I'd be asking why it isn't available, which I'm sure you would already have done.
