So I had a customer bring me his Liberty for a top end rebuild ( Bad Head Gasket ) Just finished the build up tonight . Replaced all the 02 sensors , TPS , and IAC as part of the build . Went to fire it up and she started . Ran for a good 20 min to check for leaks and such . Shut her down as all the liquid wrench and other solvents were filling the garage with fumes . Jumped back in , turned the key and she cranked just would fire . Tried a few times more and she finally fired up . Ran 10 min or so and coded .


OK so I disconnected the O2 on the pass side and no more code . Plugged it back in , ran a few and code again .
Any ideas would be appreciated .
