 Post subject: PCM updates for low warm idle vibration

I have a 2006 and I have the low idle issue, it idles barely above 500 rpms and shakes and vibrates at such a low rpm. I have read on here that there was a PCM update that fixes the idle to around 600 rpms.

Does anyone have any info as to what the latest flash for the 2002-2007's would be? I'd rather have some concrete info before going into the dealer looking for a PCM flash for a 10 year old vehicle.
