How to remove the oil pan from an '02 Jeep Liberty 3.7L

Either raise motor up out or drop whole cradle etc down out
Either way have to lift the engine or support it from above

Local shop replace a rusted oil pan on one of our fleet vehicles. They acted like it was no big deal to do. Said they just raised the engine up slightly.
