Just purchased 09 KJ did new tires and addded 1.25 spacers.
Anyone have any experience on why driver rear not patruding as much as right rear ??

First just to get things started off right
If you have a 2009 then you have a KK not a KJ
KJs are from 2002-2007
KKs are from 2008-2012
Now are you lifted ?
If so then there maybe the reason for one side sitting over more than the other
Your trackbar is pulling that side over

No not lifted yet. Every thing stock except for tires and spacers.
