I was doing some work on the Jeep today and noticed the power steering pulley has a nice perfect 'crack' across the wheel. It looks like it is supposed to be there, but I've never seen a pulley wheel constructed like that...is it normal?

That story's not that funny and that crack is in mine too, therefore, I think its supposed to be there.
