Good morning, some of you measured the resistance of the coil By the two pins Where the plug is connected? |

It comes off the loom heading to the transmission left side of vehicle. It shares exit point with the starter solenoid wire. (yellow on my vehicle) Not the big wire for the starter power. |

I think I'm getting a measurement of 14-16 ohms for the EGR solenoid coil, but I'm using a very cheap multimeter and the readings are very inconsistent so I don't really trust it. I want to get you a more accurate reading but unfortunately I'm not sure where my other multimeter is at the moment. |

Mine measures 8 ohms either hot or cold. |
