Just trying to get a good idea on price. Is $600 for a set of moabs w/MT/Rs a decent deal? It includes the spare (brand new). The other tires/wheels have 7000 miles on them. |

Sounds like a good deal. The price seems to hover in the $800 range from what I've seen. DonC |

Keep in mind the OEM MT/R's have anywhere from 10K to 14K before they're shot (softer than retail MT/R's). Mine have about 13K on them and they are down to maybe 50% thread left. At 7K, you can probably talk them down a hundred bucks or so ... because you'll need to replace them soon anyhow. |

Only 1 of mine is a stock one - I had to buy 4 new. The ones on my Rubicon, however, are stock. at 10K miles they are doing fine. |

Oh I have no doubt they're fine. I think I can get another 6K or 9K out of mine before I want to replace them. Like I said they're at 50% - 60% thread left now, and that's after having about ... 13K miles give or take. |

So to get 30k on a set of Rubicon MT/Rs you have to get kinda lucky? Kudos to Goodyear for goin cheap on the OEM tires. |

I have 42k miles on mine off a Rubi. Prolly would have goten even more, but slacked off a bit in rotating them lately. Prolly could get another 5k or so out of them as is, maybe more. DonC |
