Not sure if everyone with the 4 speed auto tranny with v6 live the same issue

I find the auto tranny shifts gear to soon, I would be doing 40 mph and tranny would shift giving me an rpm of about 1300 rpm's. another example would be accelerating to 60mph..... tranny would shift to o/d at about 50 mph giving me an rpm of about 1500 and get would shift off o/d for about 5-7 seconds to accelerate to about 55-57 mph and then again the o/d would engage. I just find it shifts mostly way to early.... any ideas or is this normal?

It's what I have been doing quite often.... so I guess it's the way the mapping of the tranny is done.... oh well. Thank you sir [THUMBS UP SIGN]
