I went with a 48" Handyman, (the green Hi-Lift anniversary jack). I thought the 60" would be overkill for a KJ. Mines in a Hi-Lift bag under the rear seat.

I was able to slid mine under the rear seats. It hangs out just a little so you can see the base, but it's out of the way. Just slid it right under, give it a shot.

The 05 has very little space under the back seat now that I have looked. Just remove the standard jack?

May be able to set it right behind the jack or maybe right on top if there's nowhere else. There's the holder for it that you put in your hitch, but no telling how long before it'd get stolen.

I just put my right on top of the existing jack, didn't take it out.... play around with it see what you can do.

It also fits in the rear cargo area. Look for the slit between the wheel well and the cargo door. It is a little con-cave (Algebra kicking in here!) slot in the plastic upholstry. The 48" just barely fits.
