Ok got it all apart ordered some Ebay plastic guide replacements. 4 came go figure while trying to get glass in the plastic retainer the window metal bracket with the gold snub looks bent. I looked at old part and it was cracked with oblong hole plus the normal cable end shattered like everyone else. I have cleaned greased got it all ready to put back then of course the dumb side clip thingy hits the top of gold snub and not in grove. Took foam backer off and still it's tight and no clipn!
