new/used engine

My 3.7L engine died a couple weeks ago. Anyone tried installing a used engine into their Liberty? Nightmare job?

The engine is currently down to the short block with the heads and manifold off.

There are some differences in engine management regarding sensors/tone ring/flywheel. They can be worked around or you can source an engine from the year your jeep was built.

Sorry I don't know more. I only know what I do because it's a recurring question on the JEEPKJ forum.
