I'm a big fan of KISS(keep it simple stupid). But I do like my electronics also. My dilemma is updating the interior electronics while still maintaining a stock, simple factory appearance that doesn't attract the attention of unsavory types. I have posted links to my two favorite updates and specifically the items I'm considering. There will also be a slightly hidden/integrated subwoofer in the rear and an amplifier installed under the front seat/seats. I don't like wires lying around the interior for chargers and such. OCD perhaps. Anyway, the back-up camera mirror records both front and rear camera views with the rear camera mounted in/on the spare tire. It is a very stock looking setup. The radios are the basic 1.5 DIN items available that are plug and play. I use iHeart radio and Bluetooth stuff from my phone so no CD is needed. I'm open to suggestions or pics of your installed items and the what and why of your choices. Thanks. This is the rear view mirror camera https://www.amazon.com/AUTO-VOX-Anti-Gl ... b461a9a5a6 This is the radio of choice https://www.seicane.com/index.php/hd-to ... gIsofD_BwE OR This one https://www.amazon.com/XTRONS-Chrysler- ... 7455003151 |

I'm personally going to go with a kit that allows me to retrofit a double DIN sized head unit. I want to use a double DIN size android head unit so I can connect it to a bluetooth OBD plug and run aux gauges on the screen. It'll look like it came that way from the factory if I've got anything to say about it. I like the mirror/dashcam you linked and I think I'm going to bookmark it. Thanks! |

That looks like a good mirror camera and should be easy to install. |
