 Post subject: Huge Announcement: EPA just lost big at the Supreme Court

In case you have not heard; in a major ruling, the Supreme Court has struck down the 40 year old Chevron Doctrine thus curtailing the power of federal agencies including over zealous agencies like the EPA & ATF. Chief Justice John Roberts and the justices rejected that doctrine, calling it “fundamentally misguided.”

In one of its biggest rulings this term, the Supreme Court in a 6-3, ruling overturned the Chevron doctrine, a powerful legal tool that was used for 40 years to help federal regulators defend their asinine rules in court. Now all of that is going to change going forward.
This may have long reaching implications on diesel powered vehicles going forward. Time will tell....
