Are there any PTO options for CRD? I might should have the transmission rebuilt/swapped, is there a compatible transmission with a pto port?

I'm trying to think of a reason to keep my 2005 CRD Limited because it only has 104k miles, timing belt kit at 77k miles (because ceramic glow plug failure, I think, displaced the rockers so I replaced them and went to the metal glow plugs, and did timing belt kit for fun).

If I could add a pto to drive a generator and other accessories I might keep it.

Thanks for your advice!

The manual 6speed export does not have a place for a PTO.
Probably would be easier to mount something that runs off the front pully.
Radiator may make it hard but still doable.

Thanks for the info. I'll look into front pulley applications and keep looking for compatible transmissions or transfer cases with a pto port. I have not yet found any posts about a pto on a Liberty crd, so probably not feasible without major mods.
