So I finally fell victim to the darn ignition Switch Actuator. Now I really know why people call a Jeep a "Heep"
Biggest piece of junk - ever!
My question is can the ignition Switch Actuator be modified / a custom shaft made from key tumbler to the switch with something solid??? And to hell with the cable lock and steering lock.

You can always pull the starter relay and hot wire in a push button momentary switch in the cab. Hell you can hide it under the dash and leave the keys in the ignition. just turn the key to the on position and press the button to start. Follow me for more redneck fixes.
