Code P0456 is evap small leak, both can be caused by a loose gas cap but P0457 is specific for the gas cap and P0456 could be a number of things(pin hole in a evap hose, small hole in canister, ect).

Forgive for reviving a long dead posting but I have questions regarding this particular engine code on my 04 Liberty Sport.

After just replacing two O2 sensors because of engine codes 157 & 137 I am greeting with yet another engine code; 456.
Could these be related?
