heres my new loaner while im in iraq...

its a 6x6 JERRV (joint eod rapid response vehicle) ... just thought youd all like a picture

ill make sure to take a few more pics later, thats from like day 2 in iraq, and ive been here for 3 months now.... and thats my only real picture haha

I'm glad you guys are finally receiving vehicles that offer some measure of protection. I understand the Marines and Sailors are utilizing the 4x4 version. I bet it doesn't go as fast as you'd like. Stay safe brother, we've lost way too many techs over there already.

its pretty much coming down to where youre at....i know people from all services using the 6x6 and some using the 4x4...

things awesome for what we do , just the suspension isnt made for jumping curbs going 40-50 mph.. weve broken a lot of stuff on these so far


cant see it in the pic but what i love about MY truck, the numbers on the side are MY01XX , and mine just so happens to be, by chance ... MY01KJ

heres the specs loadout for you all:

soooo, its a 20 ton truck with 330 hp and 860 torque, and ive gotten that to 85mph...scary

its not really that bad....it gets moving real well when we need it to....it has a gigantic cummings turbocharger on it
