A couple people PMed me asking details about my CJ. Nothing special, it's pretty basic.....so here we go:
It's a 1961 replica glass tub, sitting on a 1983 CJ-5 chassis. It has the stock 258 I6, stock axels, 4" suspension lift, 3" body lift, and about 2" lift due to the upgraded heavy duty hangers. 33" tires soon to be 35" (yes, after the upgraded 1-piece axle conversion). The windshield frame is an original 1956 CJ frame (top mounted wipers baby!). I have original CJ low rise seats. Dad & I went ahead and put in some nice flat LED tail lights. I was lucky enough to have an ididit steering column installed (thanx dad!). She's getting painted next month a nice Viper Blue or another Dodge blue (maybe "intense blue")...we'll see. The windshield frame and grill will stay gloss black. Oh, and YES, that is a stainless steel roll bar.
Again, nothing special, just my "Budget CJ".
