Out of the gate, this is one bad SUV. Let a Corvette Tech get his hands on it, and it becomes one of the baddest vehicles on the road, period. This Super Sport Trailblazer is AWD. And although it never see's off road duties, it has blown many into the weeds. Including the Grand Cherokee SRT8. That was actually a laugher. But to see my wife embarass people in Camaro's, Firebird's and Mustang's is really quite hot.

Now if I could only talk her into a 2 stage purge. She won't go for it.

This is a 2007 LT based Trailblazer w/ 3SS option pkg. ( All SS TB's are either based on the lower LS or high end LT base package ). The motor is the Corvette based 6.0L LS2. The interior is all leather. The suspension is ZQ8 rear assist leveling, and comes equipped with Corvette brakes / ABS. She has OnStar & XM radio among all the bells & whistles that come in a fully loaded LT Trailblazer. This is my wife's ride, and she loves it. My brother-in-law is a dealer corvette tech and has done some performance work to the motor.

So now that gets me thinking..
How about a Liberty, with a Grand cherokee SRT-8 engine in it.

Sure someone has already thought about it..
That would kick some arse.

Sweet Chevy but I'm a bit skeptical of blowing a SRT-8 into the weeds.
Have you read this comparison? http://www.caranddriver.com/comparisons ... -srt8.html

Your in-law must have really done some work with the engine. :!:
