My guess is that it is home made. The grill looks like an ATV.

It looks like a Polaris Ranger RZR with Matracks and an optional hardtop/doors for it. They are nice.

It's def. a RZR with about 10K in upgrades....the tracks alone are probably 5-7K

Wicked cool drool factor on it!

Yup RZR with LOTS 'o goodies. The mattracks aren't rated for speed. Because they bolt directly to the hub and then turn the track you actually get some gear reduction (iirc). They also don't absorb shock like a pneumatic tire will. But who are we kidding here? It would be SO GREAT to have one set up like that just for the coolness factor! Add to that the fact that it will go just about anywhere over nearly any terrain and you have a winner in anyone's book.

If it wasn't a Polaris it would be a lot cooler. My dad has a Polaris 800, hates it, has tons of troubles with it and I have a Yamaha 660 with zero issues and love it. My dad now rides a Yamaha 700 EFI with power steering and my brother rides the Polaris. The Polaris can tow a good amount, but there are way too many issues with it.
