Well at least he won't have to buy tires for about 250,000+ miles, which those normally get for mileage. |

dude here in south florida thats any truck my roof is at the hood of must trucks here and god those F-650 the never belong to someone who uses them. i admit the have there uses and the are good for what they are made for hauling. but owning a truck like that to have it sit an huge rims and have it polished everyday is giving out the same message and H2 gives out "I have a tiny "he does look like he uses it. so his safe (tacky but safe) |

He probably did it for two reasons, A. He's wanted a street queen with 4x4 looks and B. He's a welder and since his welding rig is carried by this truck and constitutes it being a "work vehicle" he probably got a tax write off. (I know a dude who did something similar with his 07 Dually and wrote it all off) |

I saw an F-350 the other night that was running the same set up. The only difference was the ford didn't have as much fender well room |

Atleast it is a Cummins but why lift a dually so freaking high and keep it a dually and put those huge rims on it unless you just don't like fuel mileage. I mean don't get me wrong they look like a nice set of Alcos but i think i would be running something in say a 20 and definitely not crome. And i still say he is definitely a MALLKRAWLER definitely deserves a sticker even with that paint job. |

The saddest part about it is, that I am guessing it has a programmer, so with the programmer, and being a Diesel, he'll get 28 or so MPG. We're lucky to see 17 MPG... We're a 1/3rd of his weight. |

We're a 1/3rd of his weight. You read too much catalog BS my friend. Iv spent alot of my life arround Dodge Diesels and I can tell you from experience that the truck pictured gets tops 23mpg on cruise at 60 and with a tail wind. The only way to get into the 25+ range consistantly is to bag it to 5", belly pan, tonneau cover, ramped intake injection, eliminate the clutch fan, eliminate emmissions controls, street spool cam, conservitive injectors, faster spooling turbo, and the right foot of a 80yr old lady. Seeing as thats a 3rd gen common rail without the egr its easier than the newer ones to get mileage but at 6-8" of lift you can only do so much. |
