you need to know where your pictures are (URL)
you can find this out by right-clicking on the picture of interest and viewing the properties.
then type into your post:
Code:
[img]http://www.myplace.com/mypictureofinterest.jpg[/img]


Cardomain and some other image hosting sights require some trickery that I'm not aware of.
