Here you can post where you get your stuff from.

Don't say 'my dealer here in Stockholm', we are looking for websites.

Everybody already knows boulderbars and JeepinbyAl etc,
problem is they are in the US and shipping will cost you more than the part.

I get most of my accessories from:

http://www.ebay.com or in my case ebay.ES

But you can also have a look at this:

http://www.vmaxx.de

http://www.fortec.de

http://www.startech.de

I haven't bought from these guys yet, but here goes:

http://www.ks-us-car-tuning.de/

If anyone has problems with reading German, let's make another club together

I bought my armor from www.team-bertelsen.dk (danish site). You'd be better off contacting your local offroad shop than using the danish suppliers, we pay 25% VAT here!

I can read and understand flemish if they write slowly, so I can make my way through the site. But anyone from the Netherlands will be better placed.
But almost all people there speak english (well, sort off).
Bottom line for me is still that it's better to order directly over the pond. Time in transit doesn't differ that much, it usually takes 5 days to get a box from the US. On the other side I often wait for 10 days on a package from Germany. I suppose they strap it to the back of an 75 year old man on a pre-war bicycle and send him off with it.
(For tips on getting parts from the US see my other posting in "woops, they caught me...")

Red Lion, thanks for the tip, I just ordered 2 tie rod ends for 25 Euro's each at http://4-wheel-parts.de :D
Local Jeep stealer would charge me £75 or 110 Euro's each

Also got rear handbrake pads for 75 Euro and front discs for 140 Euro not cheap but much better that over here and better than the crap from China they are selling for bottom prices in the US.

Just go to 'online - kataloge' see left.

and than click on: inspektions paket/bremsen/
im katalog verschliess und erzats teile.

http://4-wheel-parts.de/system/index.ph ... cdesc=DESC

You get to these Ardobe links, click on what you need and find if they have it for your KJ.

Most are Wranger and other models related but there are also a lot of KJ items.

Oh and it helps if you can read German.

Send him an e-mail in English and he will respond in English and shipping is quite reasenable.

No, I don't think so, at least they are not listed in the Kataloge, I need one too for my next service.
Maybe they can find one for you, let us know what the response is.

I found a fuel filter for my 2.5 CRD for £22.50 at ............................the local Jeep stealer :?

I checked their price for a trackrod end, £75,00

Just got the one's form 4 wheel parts in Germany for 25 Euro's and delivered all the way to Scoatland within5 days and had one fitted this morning for £32 including re-aligning the front end, so that's £50 for the completed job

I bet the dealer would have billed me £75,00 for the part, £85 for an Hour labour and £50 for a re- alignment, that would have been £210 and they would probably tried to sell me new brake discs that I don't need for another 25.000 Miles for a price of £200 including labour, no thanks!

The funny thing is now a week after ordering and a day after fitting the trackrod, I finally get a shipping price from a US based company even after I told them twice that I would not proceed with the order
Not very effiecient are they?
