SAMCO turbo hoses.... PLEASE READ!

have checked all scrap yards here and no kj's scraped,will keep looking

not yet ,i had sourced some but the seller proved to be very unreliable.

I just had my hoses off yesterday, and it seems that they are the original ones which came with the car. Build date is 2003, I nearly can't believe it!

i put out the feelers there to see if i can get used ones
i tryed local jeep dealer and they didnt have any
jimmy or tony
see if any dealer serviced a liberity and changed the turbo hoses

what if we all chipped in and Jimmy buys a set? Then after the samco's come we can sell them? Give them back to the stealer?

Or we get a second hand set?

They are covered in some sort of oily dirt, but it doesn't seem to affect the job they are doing.

I get my hands dirty a few times, mostly when I need to go looking in the engine room. Touch anything and they're dirty

either we all chipp in to buy a set of new one or get replaced set off a dealer that serviced a liberty

I'm still on the hunt for some and i'm gonna badger my dealership again to either see if they will lend me a set ,or like you said a used set that they have replaced.

Wreckers here in Denmark don't have any KJs lying around which are built prior to 05. Actually they only got two CRDs in the whole of Denmark :shock:

one way or other,can get replaced hoses from dealer or do group buy for new one to give to samco where we all chip in,the more that chip in the better

Hang on, calling a wrecker in Holland right now....

14:30 Darn...they're still looking...told them either 2.5 or 2.8 would be ok. Said he already found one of a 2.8.

16:00 No answer? Maybe they are on easter holliday already. Ok, then I'll call again next monday.

be hope yet,tryed 2 dealers today for used hoses and no luck,have another 24 jeep dealers to go :shock:

Hopefully located some hoses from a 2004 2.5 hope i dont get let down again ,emailed him saying i'll have them there about 50 miles away will try and get there next week.
