Can anyone tell me what oil types and quantities,filters and additves needed ,and any tips or problems i may encounter when changing
Gearbox oil
transfer case
front diff
rear diff

In "case" of the transfer case (pun intended) and both diffs make sure the filler plugs can be removed before you empty the fluid. It's just so annoying when you have no oil in those places :D

Oh sorry I got more info. You need the limited slip additive available only from the stealership if you got track-loc (limited slip diff) only for the back diff.

Auto transmission fluid is ATF+4 and IIRC you need between 8 and 12 quarts. Depending on how you want to change it you need more or less. If you want to drop the pan, you will probably need 8 quarts, if you decide to do a flush it will take 12 quarts (because they circulate the new fluid they make a conservative guess on how much is needed before all the old atf is out).

IF you decide to drop the auto pan, do yourself a favor and get the filters changed on it as well.

Btw - it would be nice if you could record what these oil changes ended up costing you, as a point of reference for us (I am going to change all that in 20,000kms)
