Hi all. :D
Has anyone had the N64 recall carried out on their KJ yet :?:
Why is Fiat/Jeep telling UK owners that they cannot tow with the KJ any more :?: evan after they have had the N64 carried out :!:
I'm am asking why because I would like to find out more information on it before I take mine into the stealership, as I have a brink tow hitch fitted already.
Any of the members across the pond know why Fiat/Jeep will not give us in the UK a replacement tow hitch :?: only a piece of metal/bracket in its place.
Just trying to get as much information on it as possible.
Many Thanks
Alan B.

Alan,

here is the answer to your question: http://jeep-club.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=5386.

Yes Jeep UK is sort of dealing with it in a way that makes sense to them only and with all the implications that go with it. I haven't gone yet and possibly by the time I go to do my service it might be all over. Having said that I have already a tow bar and I have a Mopar Tank skid on but I am sure I will run into some problems with them.
