I have a 2009 Liberty Limited. I just took it on a trip about 700 miles round trip and it ran great and I got my best MPG ever (21.7 at one point)

Anyways starting yesterday, when I start the vehicle it makes a ding "that same ding it makes when the gas light comes on" and the traction control, BAS, and ESP lights stay illuminated. Any ideas before I bring it to the dealer?

I asked my Dad (lead technical manager at the Toledo plant) and he also said it's probably a wheel speed sensor. Just need to take it into the dealer at some point.

Hi Libertarians,

I have had the same issue occur twice recently during highway trips. The lights shut off a day or so later. A dealer read the fault code and reported the right rear wheel sensor was causing the alarm. However since it's an intermittent problem, it was recommended I wait until it's a PERMANENT problem, before replacing the sensor. I was told it could be about $300. (That's Canadian.)
