I have tried searching this on this site and jeepforums.com with no luck, can someone please tell me how to remove the rear side panels in the very back both drivers and passengers side?

If I remember correctly, there are four screws that need to be undone. The two d-rings screwed to the D-Pillars in the back and two screws in the C-Pillar trim at the top. The rest of the trim is held down by normal trim clips, so you just something to pry with. I think the upper and lower trim around the hatch opening has to come off first, but you should be able to tell by looking what is on top of what.
