Post subject:  tyre placard

Hi All

Just to let you know, I was in the Chrysler garage today and they changed the tyre placard, apparently there is a recall?? I never asked them what was wrong with the old one. Is this only relevant to Australia?

i can help... it's recall H42

Its only for Australia. Liberty and Nitro
Its only for 18" and 20"
and it says-
"Incorrect Tire Placard was inadvertently installed on the vehicle. The Tire Placard that is located on the left side door opening listed an incorrect load and speed rating on Liberty vehicles and on Dodge Nitro vehicles, listed an incorrect speed rating and is missing the P-metric qualifier"

the fix is a new sticker.

Another reason why Spell check should be used.
I am guilty of not checking my spelling, so this is not a flame...
just a note...
