2" front and rear Daystar lift(part # KC09106BK),
and BDS shocks(part # 55968). The ride is just as good as stock and the lift suits our needs perfectly.

2.5 JBA lift (JBA-LIB250-KK), with Rear springs, H7088 Hydro shocks, and gen 5.5 A-arms.
Pros; Great ride. Semi-easy install.
Cons; May need to add an extra spring isolator to the rear to level it out.

I just installed my daystar 2" spacer lift yesterday. So far, ride feels pretty much the same..

only issue i have right now, and not sure what it is, but if i am slightly turning and go over a speed bump fast, something scrapes something.. :ROTFL: not sure what it is though.

The lift is higher than I would have pictured it.. I didn't use any clevis spacers and it seems more level than I thought it looked in other pics.. I will update with much better pictures later.

Love, love, love. No complaints. Haven't been off-road yet but on-road handling is soooo much better than stock.

Post subject:  Re: KK Suspension Setups

New to forum so I will apologize in advance. I have seen a lot of nice kk's here, wanted to get some opinions as I am looking at setups. Right now I am leaning toward OME shocks and struts, and possible daystar/rock krawler on top. I heard the krawler had hard wear problems but that's easy fix for me. Side note JBA control arms are in but complete JBA setup is a bit to pricey

Front:
OME 927 front springs
Bilstein shocks
1/4" JBA top spacer plate
3/8"(3 conduit nut) Clevis lift
Jeepin' by Al A-arms

Rear:
OME 731 rear springs
Bilstein 5100 shocks
2 extra isolators per side

Tires: Goodyear Duratracs 245/75-16 on stock rims

Pros: Ride is great, better handling and it looks great
Cons: Not much, have some alignment issues(slight positive camber), but it might just be my KK. Stock alignments sucked too.

OME 1.5 inch Econo lift

Pros: Pretty affordable at $750.
Much more clearance, especially with the air dam off.
Perfect ride height. You feel like you see over most vehicles.
More room if I ever want bigger tires.
The KK doesn't nosedive when you brake.

Cons: Can't think of any.
