Custom CAI, RAM air, Drop in K&N filter, Magnaflow muffler. Pros;= true cold air. Much improved acceleration Cons; Designed and built by me "One off" product. Needs to be capped for water crossing/ muding. City mileage dropped. ( I just can't keep my foot out of it.) This was before the new design of the intake tube with out the baffle. Smooth inner boar sewer pipe. ![]() Hole for RAM ![]() Air box mod ![]() ![]() Final from front. ![]() RAM can be capped for water crossing. For daily driving there is no issue with heavy rain. Magnaflow (#11226. 2.5" in and out) muffler left resonator on. Pros; Great exhaust flow and sound. Cons; Need to be handy at installing. ![]() Sound clip |

After a very difficult search that in the end turned out to be solved by going to the source I've gotten the part number for a Dana Spicer 4.10 ring and pinion for the KK Liberty. A few people told me that the JK gears are the ones to use and they're correct but while trying to purchase a set, every list I saw said 02-12 KJ Liberty and every salesman told me that the JK gears wouldn't fit. Anyway, I called spicer and the part number is in fact the same as a JK. For 4.10 gears the number is 2005027-5. I provided them with the numbers stamped on my axel and there ya go. I even double checked with another source who ran the numbers and came up with the same answer. Unfortunately, they're $370.00 (oem) bummer. Sorry the story was so long but I hope it helps. If you want 4.56's, the Columbiana 4 Wheel Parts has some in stock. ![]() |
