Well ive had my KK for about a year now but the first week i had it i couldnt help but take it offroad. while going down a snowmobile trail i went through a steep creek bed and on my way back up it i slamed my rear bumper on the botom of the creek bed. This of course put a big crack in it (because its retarded plastic) and has been botherin me every since. I was wonderin if anyone had any ideas on what to do for a replacment. I have one idea but am still working out the dimentions to see if it will work |

you could plastic weld it and have it repainted. when i cut the hole in my front for the winch i unfortunately cut to much off. i plan on plastic welding my bumper and reinforcing the backside with fiberglass. instead of having it repainted i bought a sheet of sticker vinyl and will cut that to fit. i would have repainted mine but it takes to much of a beating to deserve fresh paint.

thanks for the info, i love the winch set up that you have. i would deffinetly copy you but every time i try to fab something up i end up making it worse  , but i do plan on getting a rear tow hook and a roof rack with a light bar on it. i also am tryin to figure out how to get a front recovery point but its hard with that grille guard

Ya ive seen those, however if im gunna mess with a new bumper im gunna wait till theres some steel ones out there |
