Has any one changed out the rear sub woofer in their KK?

I'm just curious how easy/hard it is to do

Takes a while to pop out all of the trim, but after that, it's not tough to pull out the sub.

I didn't replace mine, so I'm not sure about the fitment/bracketing or the depth of the enclosure.
