| Post subject: | Airbag light on dash |
I have had my KK for over 2 years now and I lifted it this summer. This past week I have had a random airbag light show up on the dash when driving. Bought it brand new and never been in a wreck so the airbags have never been deployed. Any thoughts or knowledge on why this light keeps showing up? Sent with Smoke Signals |

It goes on and off? I am not sure where it is on the KK, but on KJ's the PASSENGER airbag light is on the grab handle on passenger side. This will illuminate if there is a small weight in the passenger seat, and turn off when removed. This lets you know if you put a small child up front that didn't weight much, the passenger airbag would NOT go off in an accident. If this is not your airbag light on your dash, then I have no idea

The passenger light is below the climate controls and I know about that one but I'm talking about an airbag light in the center of the dash cluster, the one that usually shows up on start then goes away. This is the light that keeps showing up randomly. |
