I had a Yakima setup on my previous vehicle (2009 xB) and the crossbars were too wide for my wife's xD but perfectly wide enough for the Liberty. So I went over to http://www.orsracksdirect.com/ and purchased the Yakima Rail grab kit of 4. It was On Sale for much cheaper than REI or any other physical location. This was my first experience with ORS and I will definitely shop with them again, their customer service is GREAT. Anyways on to the install.
Everything is pretty straight forward with Yakima instructions. Crossbars are 58"

I didn't take a picture with the "grabber" but the small ones that are preinstalled are the best option. Just move them down one click and tighten the knob.

Once everything is placed on the rails tighten everything down and check the sides for equal length on the sides.

The stock rails are narrower towards the rear but only by a little bit.

I use a universal Yakima ForkLift bike mount and it is pretty long in the back but still a few inches of clearance from the door.

With the roof popping up a little in the middle clearance there is also close. Wind might be a problem.

50" Fairing will NOT fit unless modified. Probably going to get a Wind Jammer
Comments and constructive criticism welcome

How do you like the Forklift? I might be in the market for a new bike rack soon.

UPDATE: picked a Windjammer airfoil from local bike shop and it def helped a lot with the wind noise. Going to keep it on even when I find a way to use the fairing.
