I searched and didn't find much to help on removing the rear seat, not that its very difficult. I figured it would help anyone else looking for help. It is fairly easy to do with two people, even though I was all alone this morning doing it.

There are 10 Bolts/Nuts holding the seat in place.
3x on the Back side of the seat
4x on the Front (Visible)
4x underneath
Be advised the 4 bolts on the front side are connected to feet that are spring loaded and may snap up when the bolt becomes loose. Here you can see one of the springs. Its just startling, they can not do much harm if they snap up.

Here are 2 of the rear nuts

Once the 4 bolts up front are taken off you can lift up the front of the bench and gain access to underside

After all 10 are removed you can simply lift up on both sides and clear the bolt studs in the floor. If you have the room you can take the seat out either side door, but it may be better to turn it and drag it out the back.
I left mine in the back hanging out a little because I am going to be putting it back soon.

This was a very easy task and now that I know where all the bolts/nuts are I dont see the whole process taking more than 10-15 minutes with practice. Hope this helps someone out.
