Our 2008 has a passenger side leak only when it rains . Been trying to track this down for a week .
I have pictures but cant upload them here. The leak is visible from removing the glove box and looking straight up above the blower motor
assembly where the Black foam fabric meets the horizontal metal which is just below the outside fresh air intake located in the cowl

So far I have removed the cowl cover and cleaned it out , took out the fresh air intake screen and sealed it with RTV silicone .
The intake screen has 4 threaded studs but there were only 2 nuts that were being utilized
I added 2 new M6 nuts and locked everything down .

That was not the fix... with the light rain the other night the leak still persisted.
I took the cowl cover off again during the drizzle and the cowl area by the fresh air intake was dry.
Any suggestions or past experience would be appreciated.
