Post subject:  Trouble starting when Jeep is hot/running temp

Hi there,

Im having problems starting my 2009 Jeep Cherokee Limited.
It starts fine when its cold and runs normally. Its when I try restart it when its been running for a while. It just turn and turns... eventually starting. No CEL comes up so im getting no codes.
Ive changed the Fuel Pressure Sensor and Fuel Pressure Regulator but its still doing it.

Anyone have this issue before?

Many thanks,
Barry

I think it sounds like the starter. Since it describes the symptoms you're having. When its been running and your trying to start it again. Does it click or do you hear the motor slowly trying to turn over? If its just slowly turning over then take the starter to be tested.

I'd think it was your intake air temperature sensor or coolant temp sensor.
