sorry everyone i will try to be quick with this ?.

So i've been smelling antifreeze inside my truck for a few days now and i just removed the rug on the pass side floor and i can see wet sweet smelling liquid( antifreeze). is this a heater core that needs to be replaced or do i have to start taking the dash apart to find the real cause of the problem..

Sorry for the few details, any thoughts of what i could do to resolve my problems....

You have all of the symptoms of a leaking heater core, gonna need to be replaced.
