So my JBA A arms are coming in today and I am trying
to get a quote on an install. How much of the a arm pocket needs to be dremmeled/hammered down on an 09? They look pretty open to me, but I've never really compared
them with anything. Thanks!

And yes, someone else is installing it. Thanks again.

Just stick a finger in there and look. In my '10 I didn't have anything worth clearing. But even if you do, over time the UCAs will self clear it (believe this was what Tom said...don't quote me quoting him though haha).

There is not that much to cut out really, they will self clearance them selves after a few trips off road anyways (or flexing on tall curbs  )
Plus having a shop do them hard to tell how they would do it
If anything just tell them to hit each one with a hammer and to slightly bend them in somewhat, arms will take over from there

Another vote for leaving them and letting the a-arms do the work.

I left mine, a few good jumps and they self cleared. Tjkj had to "rebuild" some pockets on one.

Sent with the power of children's screams!!!
