Hi everyone! I was selected by All J Products Jeep Shop in Big Bear Lake, Southern California to have their first ever custom made rock sliders for my 2008 KK.

I removed the rocker trim from the bottom below the door and had them fab up a tube that bent into the area where the rocker trim was. Here are the pictures:

Those look awesome.
Price?
Weight?
Also waiting for the experts to chime in on any weaknesses they may see.

How far out past the body do they come? Will they help protect the doors like the JCR or RL sliders? Btw, Gage, you're the one that loves this style right?

Looks good. Never had a problem with their kj sliders they are quality parts. I was running them for 8 years just changed them out for RL sliders because of the extra step for the kids to get in.

For those who do not have the plastic skirts, does it fill that void really well? After my 4" lift I can't help but feel the need for these even more!

These sliders are awesome, DoubleK. People have been clamoring for rock sliders that replace the plastic rocker panels for years, like Mikzor's custom Australian-made sliders. All J has hit the mark with these, and their timing couldn't be better with RL recently dropping support for the KK.

I like a bar that comes out flat and not only use as a step but you have extra protection for tree stumps/ rocks etc. Looks good , but............just not out far enough from the body for me. Thier KJs were a better design

I agree since I finally found what their design looks like for the KJ.

To anyone else that wondered price, they were $650 with labor. Mind you, i used the old KJ sliders that they made and just added the tube bar with gussets. So I already had more than half of it done already. I got the sliders from my friend who was giving his away.

Jimmy, I will take more pix tomorrow. They do protect the door, but are low enough so the door has a lot of room to open.

Yeah, as I said before, these were originally their KJ sliders that they just modified for me.

Yes it hugs that area along with being very protective.

These KK ones come out further than the KJ ones. Also, when I was there, we noticed that the KJ unibody is shaped a little bit differently than the KK. Therefore they would stick further out on a KJ than a KK, but with adding the bar, they come out a lot further than the KJ's ones ever did.

I ran AllJs on mine for a couple of months back in 05 or so, were OK but not the way I wanted them .
So you just modified a set of KJ ones then?

Looks great!

Confused though, are these ALLJ's production prototypes or did you just hire them for custom work with their sliders you already had?
