Very good! I'll be looking forward to seeing what you find. Was there a Liberty to Cherokee transformation how-to with changing the side door moldings and clear front marker lights, or was that conversation all in one of Musclezmarinara's parts for sale threads?

I think that was just conversation. The only moulding/emblem thing I found basically said to use a hair drier and fishing line. I can hunt that down again if you want

Edit: here it is...seems to have some discrepancies in the thread...
viewtopic.php?f=88&t=36390

Also found a cb write up. Not very detailed or anything though. Probably not worth putting in though
viewtopic.php?f=88&t=71760

Class ended early so that's all I have for now. I'll keep searching when I have the time. Didn't seem to find much on CBs. That's on my mod list, so I'll have to remember to take pics and make a how-to when I eventually get around to it.

The KK How-To's Index has been updated again to cover more mods. Still open to suggestions for good threads to add. :juggle: We could also use some new how-to's to fill some gaps. Anyone working on:
Heater core
Head gasket
Radiator replacement
Receiver hitch & wiring installation
LED conversion (interior or exterior lights)
Electrical or audio mods
Or anything else not yet on the list?
:google:

There's a nice write up on the blower motor, shame it's on JF though. I'll do some searching when I get some more time.

Just noticed that there's no rack and pinion install how-to...I tackle this one in a day or two haha.

We could definitely use that! See if Mikzor has written anything on that, because I think he's had to replace his several times. It might be over on JF though. If you photo-document your R&P replacement process in a thread in this section, I'll link it on the how-to index. 8)

Lauren, I was just browsing, and noticed that you have the same link for two different How-to's. Both links take you into your How-to for the Rear Storage Drawer. You will need to update the link for Gilcano & Scar0's How-to. See Below.

Great intro, PA! PA & TIJKK, can you add pics and info to show CB installation on a KK, like places to mount the antenna, mount the CB in the cabin, where to run the wires, and how to actually use an SWR meter to tune it? It seems like this kind of information is spread over many threads on LOST, so it's not easy to find. I'll add your CB to the How-To index so we can build on it.

Here's one that solved a problem that was driving me crazy: Fixing spare tire heatshield rattle: viewtopic.php?f=104&t=81513

I'm making one on how to remove the bodyside molding as well.

Thanks!

There's a heat shield over my transfer case that I think is making a tap/rattle noise each time I accelerate from a stop. I think it's the same one that can destroy the aluminum driveshaft if you have a 2wd KK (aka no transfer case in the way), and the subject of a 2wd KK TSB. Got to get underneath and check it out, though. Not too motivated this time of the year!
