For the past year or two I've been blowing air out my defrost vents only. I have researched this and come to the conclusion something is wrong in my vacuum lines. I also lost Cruise control last night but it came back this morning. Does anybody have diagrams or know where the vacuum hoses run. I found two vacuum lines but I am unable to completely trace them. I have searched Google but cannot find any diagrams. Any help would be greatly appreciated I have a 4 Hour drive tomorrow. Thanks guys!!!

I am 99% sure neither one of those issues can be vacuum line related in the KK. In an XJ, yes, but both the mode door actuators for the climate control and the cruise/throttle control are run by electric motors in the KK.

Check the How-To index in the KK tech section for info on the mode door/blend door issue. Pretty sure there is info there for you.

Do you have any check engine light or stored codes? The cruise sometimes goes out when the ABS goes out, due to a bad speed sensor on one of the hubs. This would turn on the ABS, Traction Control Off, and maybe some other warning lights on the dash.
