Good evening I have a jeep liberty crd kk 2010 diesel uk version 2.8diesel ! I have a check engine problem and engine power loss on uphill after the car runs about 10 minutes. Start Apparently all started when I left the diesel fuel almost over and I arrived at the gas station almost in diesel vapor. So I arrived at the gas station check engine is on. I completed the diesel tank and left and in the next two days the check engine called and hung up several times until it was on direct I go to de dealer and I change the fuel filter but the light keep on. The dealer not tell me the code error dtc and he told me something about a sensor but no name . to they give to me the diagnostic they want 200 usd What is the best scanner for this car with procedures: I try to see the error code starting 3 times the ignition but no error apear in the painel just the word done appear. If somebody have this problem let me know or if know somethig Thanks Fabio |

Howdy Fabio - Welcome to LOST might want to repost this over in 'CRD love that torque' - that's the main diesel section however virtually no KK's or 2010's - they only sold the CRD in the US - 05/06 KJ's so most answers will reference those. we do have a few folks that check in from UK - just not as often I read codes with a Scangauge - not great - it will cause problems if you leave it connected |
