Hester coil

My girls mechanic told her 2010 Libbey Kk heater coil is bad . I couldn't find any thing on this subject. Can any one shed some light on the finding...diagnosing ...changing...

Probably he meant heater core. Symptoms would be lack of heat in the cabin, or coolant on the passengers side floor. This is a big repair because the dash has to be removed to get to it.
