Hi everyone,
I have liberty kk 2009
I had to unplug/plug fuse box to replace upper arm. when I put the key switch to ON
1- all the dash warning lights are ON
2- All dash gears light are ON
3- Message" NO BUS" appears
4- Red security light is constant ON
5-Wipers are moving
6-Headlights are ON

I found on youtube same issue video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vWJzZpkqr3U

I tried
1- Hard reset battery terminals
2- Removing NCW fuse

Nothing solved my issue and I do really need to use the car.

No bus error is due to a failure in the can bus. It defaults wipes and headlights on for safety in the event that the bus failed during worst conditions.

If it came up directly after removing the TIPM (fuse box), I would recommend removing all the connectors from the bottom of the TIPM again and ensure that they're all seated correctly and latched securely. You could also use some electronics contact cleaner to make sure the terminals are clean.

If that doesn't work you could have a failed TIPM or a broken canbus wire
