Post subject:  Electrical, again.

I can't seem to find the answer. 20011 Jeep Liberty. Everything was fine. Really like the vehicle. All of a sudden, left front fender marker light out. So, change the bulb. Nope. Socket looked a little tan, so ordered a new one from rock auto. Still no Bueno. Then, low and behold, the left front parking ight goes out. Buy new bulb. Again, no Bueno. So, volt meter, looks like I'm only getting about 6-8 volts. It's got to be something stupid, but I can't figure it out. Wires all seem good.
Oh, and because parking light is out, left front signal doesn't work.

It may be a ground issue.
Using a 12v test light or a Multimeter (volt meter) you should test both the voltage feed and the ground for the light circuits.
A simple test can tell you volumes.
