Please list your tent site #, RV site #, or cabin # that you are staying at so we’ll know who is staying where. Like Dave (KOA HOST) said, there will be other Jeep clubs in the area, so the sooner you reserve a spot, the better. I know most of you guys/girls are going to be huddled together, but there are a few of us who will be scattered within the KOA campground. There will be one Jeep Club leaving on the 14th/15th, so this will open several more spots for those of you who are still deciding on when you may want to arrive.

Side Note: If you like to camp, I highly recommend getting a KOA Value Kard. 4 nights in the campground with full-hookups (WiFi, electricity, sewage, water, and cable) cost me $149.62 (taxes included). I saved $16.62 for using my KOA rewards card and will add points towards a free nights stay at any KOA. $37.25 a night is a pretty good deal for being in God’s country and still having all the comfort of home.

I wanted to be next to the stream and in the shade, so this is why I chose Site #63.

We’ll be staying at the KOA.
SITE #68
Arrive: Tuesday, Jul 14, 2009
Depart: Saturday, Jul 18, 2009 (4 nights)
2 adults (18+), no children, traveling with pets
Travel trailer, 19ft RV length
Back-in, Full hookups, 30/20 amp, WiFi
Camping right on a beautiful stream. “Sit around your campfire listening to the sounds of the stream.”

1. Dieselenthusiast, RV site #68 (next to the stream)

I just reserved a cabin at KOA. I have no idea where it is.

I'm getting kind of excited...only 7 months away! Is it time to start a countdown thread? :D

Just curious... to those who made reservations recently: are you able to make them over the phone just now or are you having to email the folks in Florida?

Made reservation online. I made a note that I'm with the LOST group. We'll see if I can get a discount beyond the 10% I already get with my KOA Rewards Card.

LOL, well, as you already know, KOA's always ask if you have pets. And when I tell them that I have two Chihuahuas, then they always ask if I have "barking" Chihuahuas. :D Typically, Bear and Sierra are pretty quiet if the window shades are closed. If we have a neighbor next to us, then we leave the shades closed during the day, especially if we‘re going to be gone. For the most part, they are quiet. We keep them indoors and they are litter boxed trained, so they wont be tied up to a tree all day long barking at whatever they can see.

WARNING: AVOID THIS CAMPER, FIERCE BARKING CHIHUAHUA'S
