Does someone what to coordinate SWAG for the raffle? This would entail contacting places like ALL-J and Rock Lizard and seing if we could get some t-shirts or discount cards. We had some really good vendors last year help us out. |

I have sent out my first run of donation requests for the raffle. I'll keep you all posted as I hear back from the various companies. I have also made contact with the United Four Wheel Drive Association to let them know that the proceeds from the raffle will be donated to their organization. |

We have a 16' x 8' x 8' oven so we can powder coat your whole Jeep if needed. |

JL Rockies does what he can and will keep in touch. The powder coat thing is simple, the winch costs money but JL Rockies will try to get the company to go halfsies with him. |

Not sure which winch company you are dealing with, but Bulldog Winch sponsores the local wrangler club and supplied a 8000# winch last year. If you explain the size of LOST, plus the 30 members signed up for the event, plus what the $ are going for, we heck, they may want to do it themselves
Also, has anyone contacted Terry @ TKH Fab? I know several OH members have met up with him at the Jeep Relay... |

Just wanted to officially wrap up the raffle topic here. Thank you to all those that participated in the ECS '09 raffle. Because of your participation we were able to raise $300 which has been donated to the United Four Wheel Drive Association. UFWDA has been around for years defending our right to ride, assisting clubs and organizations (i.e. UFWDA supplied the trail guides for all Camp Jeep events), and encouraging understanding between both the four wheel enthusiast and non-enthusiasts. If you haven't checked them out I would recommend visiting their site at http://www.ufwda.org and perhaps donating to their cause or becoming a member. |
